Dr Abdul Salim-Said graduated from the renowned GKT Dental Institute at King’s College London in 2003. With over two decades of experience in General Practice, he has cultivated a deep passion for dentistry, particularly in cosmetic and complex restorative treatments, including smile makeovers and minimally invasive techniques. As a certified Invisalign provider, Abdul is dedicated to helping patients achieve their ideal smiles with the latest orthodontic solutions.

Understanding that visiting the dentist can be a source of anxiety for many, Abdul is well-known for his approachable manner and gentle touch, striving to make every appointment comfortable and pain-free. He has significant experience working with nervous or anxious patients, including children, ensuring a positive and reassuring dental experience. Many positive reviews from his over 20 years of practice attest to his skill in this area, in addition to his technical expertise.

Abdul’s interests extend to endodontics, where he excels in performing root canal treatments with precision and care. He is committed to ongoing professional development and continuously updates his skills to ensure the highest quality of long-term restorative care.

Outside of the clinic, Abdul is a devoted husband and father to three energetic young boys who keep him busy and bring joy to his life. He is also a cinephile, a keen reader of science fiction, a football fan, and a passionate Formula 1 enthusiast.

Dr Gardiner graduated in 1978 from Royal London Hospital (University of London). She worked as an associate dentist before establishing Belle Vue in 1988. She regularly attends courses in her special interests which are cosmetic dentistry, smile design, restorative dentistry and facial aesthetics. Dr Gardiner has completed several aesthetic courses including a 1 year course with Paul Tipton in Manchester and another with Harris Sidelsky in London.

Dr Gardiner is committed to providing a high standard of general dentistry and firmly believes in the importance of regular check-ups. It is well established that a healthy mouth is linked to general body health. She also provides patients at Belle Vue with the latest developments for tooth straightening. Inman Aligners and ClearBraces provide fast, economical tooth straightening.

As a dental surgeon Dr Gardiner has extensive knowledge of facial anatomy and is ideally placed to perform facial cosmetic procedures. It also means she is expert in local anaesthesia enabling her to perform treatments with minimal discomfort.

Having studied the advanced uses of Muscle Relaxants and Dermal Fillers on the face she is one of a small group of practitioners who are able to perform more advanced procedures, for example using Muscle Relaxants around the mouth and jaw line as well as underarm perspiration.

She is married to a retired GP and has two daughters who are hospital doctors. She is interested in meditation and tries to keep fit whilst running her busy practice.
