All our dentists adhere to the rules governing the profession under strict guidance from the General Dental Council (GDC) "Standards for Dental Professionals".

We are proud that our staff stay with Belle Vue Dental Practice, Benfleet, Essex for many years and create long lasting relationships with our patients.

Dr Gardiner graduated in 1978 from Royal London Hospital (University of London). She worked as an associate dentist before establishing Belle Vue in 1988. She regularly attends courses in her special interests which are cosmetic dentistry, smile design, restorative dentistry and facial aesthetics. Dr Gardiner has completed several aesthetic courses including a 1 year course with Paul Tipton in Manchester and another with Harris Sidelsky in London.

Dr Gardiner is committed to providing a high standard of general dentistry and firmly believes in the importance of regular check-ups. It is well established that a healthy mouth is linked to general body health. She also provides patients at Belle Vue with the latest developments for tooth straightening. Inman Aligners and ClearBraces provide fast, economical tooth straightening.

As a dental surgeon Dr Gardiner has extensive knowledge of facial anatomy and is ideally placed to perform facial cosmetic procedures. It also means she is expert in local anaesthesia enabling her to perform treatments with minimal discomfort.

Having studied the advanced uses of Muscle Relaxants and Dermal Fillers on the face she is one of a small group of practitioners who are able to perform more advanced procedures, for example using Muscle Relaxants around the mouth and jaw line as well as underarm perspiration.

She is married to a retired GP and has two daughters who are hospital doctors. She is interested in meditation and tries to keep fit whilst running her busy practice.
